How To Share A Calendar In Outlook With Microsoft Exchange Server?
There are several ways to share calendar information by using Outlook. Other people can receive your information by email, with Exchange Server accounts, or by publishing a calendar online. To share it with Microsoft Exchange server account;
- Click E-mail Calendar on Share group of Home tab.
- Enter the person who has the sever account on the Sharing Invitation and click on the To box.
- Enter any other options, just like sending an email.
