Hi, no need to use any third-party software, Windows itself providing System File Checker (SFC.exe) utility tool to scan for corruption in system files and repair or restore them. So you can run this tool using Command prompt by typing “sfc /scannow” in command prompt then hit enter. After completion, a report submitted in CBS.log file. You can scan at the time of startup by enabling check disk in drive properties. Third-party software also available like CCleaner etc.,
