Hello experts,
I want to know that how I could use Outlook 2010 export folder option to export my files and folder. Please guide me through the steps.
Step1. Select the file >> options and select import.
Step2. A pop-up window will appear, find and select export to a file and select next.
Step3. Now chose the option you want to export like a “. PST” file from that select Outlook data file and click on next button.
Step4. Select the topfolders if you want to export all the folders. Click on next.
Step5. Select the appropriate option, and you can also rename your folder from the Save exported file as dialog box.
Step6. Click on the finish; you can provide password and username to the file so that no one else you open it.
If you don’t want to put password merely click on OK button and your folder is now exported.
