Why do I get this error when I tried to run AutoCAD “LICENSE-ERROR: Your license is invalid. Please contact your local authorized AutoCAD Dealer”? Has my AutoCAD License expired?

I suppose that it can be due to some error at their server end.

You can try the below steps:

  1. Uninstall the AutoCAD software by going to Control Panel-> Uninstall a program.
  2. Reinstall the suitable version of the genuine software.

If it still shows error then Contact Autodesk Network License Manager.

When using Autodesk AutoCAD, you may receive either “License error. Your license is invalid. Please contact your local authorised AutoCAD dealer” or “Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 7c812a5bh.” These are common errors that result from “out-of-memory” situations. If the memory footprint of AutoCAD’s main executable “acad.exe” or the amount of memory it consumes goes above 2 GB, Windows will terminate it regardless of how much memory is in the system.

To fix the problem, you need to enable the 3 GB switch in Microsoft Windows. Head down to How to enable the 3GB switch in Windows to learn how to enable the switch. Another possible cause of the error is if the service “FlexNet Licensing Service 64” is disabled. This service has to be running when using Autodesk AutoCAD.

Click “Start,” “Control Panel,” “Performance and Maintenance,” and then “Administrative Tools.” Double-click “Services” then look for the service called “FlexNet Licensing Service 64” and double-click it. In “Startup Type,” set it to “Automatic” then click “OK.” Restart your computer and see if it works.
