Why I am getting popup message containing error code 2000-0333 in my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series laptop? Can anyone tell me the reason of this problem? Please help me to resolve this bug.
This error is related to your video card/graphics card. This bug occurs due the Graphics driver is unable to receive the keyboard response.
You have to reinstall the video card/Graphics card. Maybe they got corrupt while the booting process of the Operating System.
For the installation and removal process, check the Service Manuel.
You can run the diagnostic test again to ensure the fault is gone.
If you receive the same error, write to Dell Support.
In Dell computer, you may receive error code “2000-0333” when you run the Diagnostics but the system didn’t receive a response from the user. This happens if you didn’t select any of the options given by the tests. To fix the problem, re-run the Diagnostics and select an option or follow the instructions to interact with the Diagnostics.
