Try to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo then select your printer software among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer.

When it is finished, exit Revo then install the printer software back. If this doesn’t work, transfer the USB cable to another USB port. Try using all four USB ports at the back of your CPU to troubleshoot the problem. Try also using a different USB cable because the problem might be with the USB cable connected to your printer.

When printing, make sure the printer is turned on.
