How To Exchange 2007 Export Mailbox In Your System

There is a need of the exporting and importing files in exchange 2007 in a .pst format so that users and clients can use a format which is easily readable and portable with the computer. The main issue why we require different methods to fix errors is compatibility. New software and their updates are made to make that particular driver or software compatible with your system. There are some particular requirements for this task, that is-

1.) There must be Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 in your system.

2.) Only the exchange organization admin can perform the particular task of importing or exporting files.

A particular command is to be put so that you can export the files to .pst format and that is
Export Mailbox Identity < mailbox User > PST Folder Path < path to save PST >

As any user cannot perform this particular task, so the exchange organization admin will change this format by putting this particular command.
