You are right, in your situation, it is better to enable the auto logging feature, which will save a lot of time for you.
The first thing to do is go on your home screen of your laptop and on your keyboard, click on the Windows button and the R button. This will open the run box for you. In the field, type netplwi. After you click on enter, you should see a list of all the user accounts you have on your computer. Just select the one that is yours and a new window will open. In that window, you should see a checkbox which asks you if you want the user to log on without a password. Just check it, and you’re done!
