I am not sure if my firewall is working. Can someone explain to me how to check firewall settings to know whether I am using a firewall or not?
To check whether you are running a Windows firewall, follow the steps below:
1. First, you need to click on the Windows icon on your computer at the bottom left.
2. From the list, select control panel.
3. In the control panel window, click on system and security.
4. In the system and security window, click on the option called Windows firewall.
5. If you see a green check mark beside it, it means you are running Windows firewall, otherwise you are not. There is a toggle button near it to start or stop using firewall.
