Steps are given below:

  • Open Outlook.
  • Select Account Information, and then file tab click on Add account.
  • Select E-mail Account, and fill the required fields.
  • Insert the e-mail address and password.
  • Re-type the password for confirmation and click on next.
  • When the setup is finished restart the Outlook.
