Convert your video into an mp3 file, preferably using this software: http://www.xilisoft.com/video-converter.html 2. Now download this software: http://www.tucows.com/preview/422671 3. Add the audio effect of your desire to the mp3 file of the video you made, refer to the tutorial notes of the software if you have a problem. 4. Mute the audio of the video, and add a second layer of audio, that is the one you have added the effect to.
