Hi. I am not very hands-on with IT related software and technologies. I have found a lot of malware in my PC whose main sources are popups. I want to learn how to stop malware popups? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.
Hi. To learn how to stop malware popups, first, uninstall the malicious programs from Windows by right-clicking on start menu and then selecting control panel. Then, under programs, choose the option to uninstall the program. After the program in uninstalled, scan the PC with Adwcleaner by downloading the anti-virus first, double-clicking on the Adwcleaner icon and selecting the clean/scan button.
After the process is complete, click on OK. Then, scan the PC with an anti-malware by downloading it from the website and installing it. Then, reset the settings of the browser by opening Google Chrome in the web browser, clicking on the menu, select settings, show the advanced settings and then reset the settings by clicking on reset option.
