Hey guys,
I have a blog which runs on blogger and I don't use any custom domains for it and not even any templates. I use simple temple for blogger and keep it clean too. But when checked for page load performance it shows only two points that means its really slow. What shall I do to speed up my blog's page load.

Web pages generally CSS and Java scripts within them which need to be optimized for speed. They also are to be programmed to utilize browser cache. Since you are using Blogger to blog, these points would already have been catered for. What you can do is to ensure that your are uploading compressed and light (in size) images. Secondly you can scale the images to browser size, because server lag can because of the image resize. Check these two points, they will surely make a difference.

If you want to speed up the page load of your blog you should do the following task: From layout tab, click on edit menu in the Blog post section and select the 10 or fewer posts to be displayed on the main page. For maximum blog load speed you should use Google/Blogger widgets, Java script and links. You should use thumbnail which link to the full-size image for posting .
