How to sort some Microsoft access email date?

I have so many data in my Ms Access database program; this is not easy for me to keep all updated.

All I think about is sorting those email addresses with the specific date of delivery.

How can I possibly sort the data in the system?

A step by step process will do.

Dear Davis Millers,

The simplest way to sort any input in Access is by choosing the target column and then choosing the Sort function, and from it you can sort in descending or ascending order.

To sort Access email dates you highlight the date column and then choose Sort, select descending or ascending as your required, and you will have the desired result.
