Hi all,

In most times you cannot act anything with 0xc004f200 error message by yourself because generally it indicates that Microsoft blocked your key.

And Microsoft blocked your key by several reasons.

  • If you apply pirated CD-key also want to activate the key. So, please get official copy of any edition of Windows 7.
  • If you have purchased blocked or pirated key. Immediately you want the repayment from vendor.
  • If you have applied your key with over 2 computers. Keep in mind, you have restrictions.

Hallo Beatrice,

When windows asks you to activate the operating system it is because of the following reasons:

  • The copy of windows you are using is not genuine.
  • You have not inserted the activation key on windows yet.

To solve that issue, you will need to do the following:

  • Make sure that you have installed a genuine copy of windows. If you used any generating tool to activate the operating system you may need to get a genuine copy of windows that has got an installation key.
  • If you installed the windows application but you did not insert the key, make sure that you obtain the key and insert for you cannot use the OS without first activating it.
