Hi Nellie

I recommend you to uninstall the Malware bytes Anti Malware. Then download the MBAM cleaner. It cleans any file remains of MBAM. Then reinstall Malware bytes Anti Malware. But before installation turn off your windows firewall so that there is no interaction or files to be block. This should fix your problem.

Hi Nellie D Gunnels,

This could possibly be a bug in the version of Malwarebytes you're using. I suggest you do the following:

1. Check for the latest Malwarebytes updates and download and install them immediately.

2. Scan your computer again with the updated antivirus software.

3. Should the problem persist, try installing another antivirus software and then scan your computer again with it.

Hope this helps.
