How to sign my name on every printed page?

My old PC is running XP SP3 and connected to HP OfficeJect 4620 printer. I have to make copies of a document for my classmates. The problem is that I was told to write my name and contact number on each copy, which I think will be pain in the neck to write on each paper manually . Could you recommend me any software that helps with printing automation?

If you have a soft copy of the document, then just add your digital signature at the Header / Footer section of any page and the same will automatically get copied in all pages. Now, take the printout.

Further, if you do not have the soft copy of the document, locate which "common portion" of the pages are blank. Now, open a blank word document in MS Word. Get an idea of where the previously found out "common portion" will lie, if you take a print. Now on that area, put your digital signature and save. Now set all your pages to print and click on print. The digital signatures will be printed on the blank common area of each page.

Hi, Amanda Mitchel you can do that without using any software. Just go to the insert page. Then you choose a header. By that  choose a header that will be placed where your name and address is just write it. it will automatically write to all the pages on your report.
