How to set up rule in removing the signature in Outlook 2007?

I have a rule set up on my Outlook 2007 to forward incoming mails from a distribution account to my personal email account. However, I noticed that digitally signed incoming emails are not automatically forwarded. I suspected,  may be the digital signature which requires a password. Is it possible to set up a rule removing the digital signature?

All you have to do is right click on their email, click the box that states who the email is coming from and that you desire those emails, digital or not, then select the folder where you want to place them and the rule should work.. set this rule  for both signed and unsigned and never have a problem.
