I need to automate my outlook email program to send automated replies to contacts during out-of-office hours. How can I do this? Could you give me a breakdown of all the steps I need to take to achieve this? Also, how can I configure my mailbox to receive emails with certain keywords only?
How to Set Up Outlook to Auto-Respond to Incoming Email?
All you need to do is log in to your account, then click settings then select options
From there choose “Sending automated Vacation replies”
Then select “send replies to people who email me”, type your message and then click save.
For Filtered emails using a specific keyword
Click settings, then select options
Select “Rules for sorting new messages”
Fill in fields with what’s on the picture, then save rule
And that fixed your problem.
