What should I do when the integrated iTunes in my computer does not run and recognize the Apple mobile phone?
What I am getting is the message that my mobile phone does not have the needed program to run this and that I should remove and re-integrate the program which I did several times but still did not work.

Can you see an iTunes icon when you connect your apple device on your computer?
It should be on the left column device.
But if nothing appears, just follow the steps below to be able to solve your problem.
First, you need to be sure that you have installed the latest version of iTunes
Check for updates by going to Help and then check for updates
Restart your iPod/mobile after update
Please be aware of your batteries. Make sure that it is fully charged
I also suggest that you check your USB connection. Make sure that you plugged it correctly
Restart your computer
Reinstall your iTunes
Sometimes, there are third party software's which blocks your mobile device on your computer. Try to adjust the anti virus software and then plug your mobile device again
