Try to use Android Emulator. Click on the link below to download it:

https://developer.android.com/studio/index.html

After downloading, start the program SDKManager.exe. Do not change the Packages and simply click Accept then Install. Once you are done with the installation, choose Virtual Devices to make one. Click New and then input a name for it. Hit the Android 2.2 – API Level 8. Choose the 512 in size and Built-in WVGA854 and then select Create AVD.

When done, choose the Virtual device that you just created and then click Start on the right pane on top of the image. When you click it, it will open another new window, just click Launch and then continue.

Hello! Please remember that you cannot just run any mobile or tablet apps in Windows PC without using any third-party software or application. You can download the SDK for Windows and another one is the BlueStacks. All you need to do is to install the latest version of BlueStacks in your PC. You can download it here: https://www.bluestacks.com/

Then just simply install the Cloud Connect App on your Android so that you can sync your Android Apps from your device to your BlueStacks software that will allow you to run the apps in your phone and on your PC as well. You can get the Cloud Connect App here

And that's it! You can now run your Android Apps to your windows PC.

I hope I answered your query.

Good Luck!
