Hi. The steps how to retrieve archived emails in Outlook, first click on the file menu following which select the import and export option. Then, import the file from another file and click on next. Select the .PST file and click on next. Change the default name of the file from the File to import box and browse the file. Specify how the duplicate items should be handled and then click on next. Select the folder from which the file should be imported.
Select one option from the destination options namely import items to the current folder, import items into the same folder and then click on finish. Alternatively, in MS-Outlook which appears, click on home, new items, more items and then select the Outlook data file. Then, select the file with the named archive and then expand the archive file to view the subfolders contained in it.
