I just want to reset my PC which have 64 bit Win 7 Home Premium.
I lost my restore disk and I want to remove everything from PC except OS and installed programs.
Can anyone guide me how to do this? or it is any other way?

My advice here will be that your partition your disk so that you have one designated partition for the operating system and installed programs so that when the computer malfunctions and requires that you format to rectify the error, then you will not be at risk of loosing the important documents that you may have saved on the computer.
The best you that you will restore your hard disk without fearing the loss of some important documents will be to get an external hard drive and back up all the important documents that you do not want to loose. Then run the system restore utility to restore the system to a previous, just run the 'set backup' utility to backup the files that you want on the computer.
