My PC hangs and shows “Applying computer settings slow” on start-up, I have also checked whether my system is pointing towards valid DNS server, How to resolve this issue?
How To Resolve Applying Computer Settings Slow Problem?
Use the following steps to configure it to use a valid DNS server
• Open Control Panel.
• Open Network and Sharing options.
• Click on Change Adapter Settings.
• Right-click on the active network adapter and click Properties.
• Click on TCP/IPv4 and select Properties.
• Fill the Preferred DNS server field with the DNS server’s address.
• Click OK and close all.
