Hi. To know the steps about how to remove a virus from Windows, first, click on start menu and then open the action center. Then, click on control panel, system, and security and then click on reviewing the computer’s status. Next, click on security. Under virus protection, the antivirus software will be detected.
Then, update the software. To turn the Windows firewall on or off, first click on start, control panel, firewall and then open the Windows Firewall. Then, turn the Windows firewall on or off. Type the password when asked for. Click on turning the Windows firewall and then click on OK. To disable all the external connections block all the incoming connections.
