I need to know how to remove temp internet files remotely?
I have this problem of having a hard time on removing internet files I just want to clear things up.

When you want to delete the temporary internet files from your computer, it is recommended to follow the few steps one by one on your computer so that you will successfully delete the entire temporary and unwanted files from your computer; hence performance of your computer can be enhanced.
Step 1. You need to open internet explorer and then right click on it, open properties.
Step 2. You are required to click on "setting" under Temporary Internet files.
Step 3. There will be an option "view objects" you need to click on that.
Step 4. Here you can delete the files of unknown status by simply selecting them and then deleting them one by one.
