I’d like to know how to remove star rating on music files in iTunes. I’m planning on creating a playlist based on the songs that I rated with the most stars but I do not want to include the songs that I accidentally rated on my iPhone. Is there a way where I don’t have to do the removal one by one? Thanks!

I got your point and yes it would take a lot of time if you do it one by one. So here’s a solution for you.
First you need to search the album in iTunes. The album is when you see the cover art on the left side while on the right, you can see the song list.
Select all the songs, then right click and set the rating to “none”.
If this does not work, you can follow this alternative method:
Below the album art, click and hold one of the stars and drag the mouse to the left, beyond the first star then release. This will solve your issues. It will delete the rating completely.
