How to remove Sandboxie license and update version on window 7?

Hi to everyone. I have purchased Sandboxie license some days ago and it is running well for everything except web browsing speed while restricting some web sites. I thought it may be due to setting changes so I checked it but failed. The last option was to remove sandboxie license and update the new version. I was surprised when it is not uninstalling. Please give me any suggestion how to solve this problem

Hello Holden,

 

Try uninstalling it this way,  go to add and remove programs. If successful reboot and see if the problem persists, if it does persist then Sandboxie may not have caused it. You can also try to do a system restore and restore to an earlier state. Update your anti-virus software and do full a system scan.

To completely uninstall Sandboxie in your system you can try use Revo Uninstaller. Its an excellent uninstaller and free. Just install it and launch and select the advanced mode to remove leftover files and registry entries that might be the root of your problems. After uninstalling you can just install again Sandboxie and update it. But before reinstalling be sure to do a complete scan of your system as it might be also caused by a virus.
