How to remove the registry for a software?

Actually, I installed a software of a trial version with have 30 days validity.

After passing a month, it shows SOFTWARE HAS BEEN EXPIRED.

So, I found from a web source, says Remove the registry file from the windows and then re-install from initial.

So, now can anyone tell me how to remove the registry file of the particular file and where does it locate?

Hello..

Removing registry of the program is so easy.

Once you Uninstall the program from control panel and its folder from your drive just follow the following steps to delete its registry.

1. Go to start.

2. Find "Run". If you are using Vista in the search type in Run and open it.

3. Now when the Run program opens type in "regedit"and press Ok.

4. Now you'll see different kind of Hkey. Expand then and find the folder containing the software you want to remove.

5. Once found delete the folder.

6. Restart your computer now.

There you are the registry of your program have been deleted and its completed Uninstalled now.

The solution or to remove the registry entries for a software, I recommend that you must download the RegCure software to clean your Windows registry.

I don’t think that’s possible because the entries created by your application to the registry are hard to find. The best way to fix it is to uninstall the program using a third-party uninstaller software so the registry entries can also be removed. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it.

Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your program among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller and install the program again.

See if this works. But remember, this thing you want to do doesn’t always work because I’ve already tried it before. When a trial application expires, most of the time, it can never be reinstalled again as a trial program. You can only install it back and be able to use it again if you buy it or buy a license.
