How to remove or disable the Message Center Lenovo app?

I want to remove the Message Center Lenovo app on my computer. I am using Windows 7 and I want to free up my memory and remove apps I am not using. Is it possible to remove this or at least disable it? Help!

Yes, it is very easy, simply disable Autostart. Click on Briefcase in task list, then uncheck the box. I hope that helps. You can't remove the Lenovo default installed apps as far as I know, but disabling is easy.  If any more problems occur feel free to ask, thanks and have a great day.
