How to remove Bubbles on the ink tube of Roland SC-545EX printer

I’ve a problem on my Roland SC-545EX printer ink. I found some bubbles inside the ink tube going to the dumper.

The dumper looks like empty because of the bubbles I found on the tube.

This is the reason why sometimes on my print out there are incomplete printing of color on the tarpaulin.

Please help.

A bubble inside the tube of Roland SC-545EX is a common problem to all ink cartridge converted machine. These are the printers which ink tank is just a pouch that looks like a blood bag and a needle connected from a tube is inserted on the bag.

This happened when the needle connected on the ink bag does not fit on the connecting rubber or it is not properly connected on the tube, or the ink bag has air, and it is empty.

If the ink bag is empty just replace it and do the next move. Make sure the needle is connected and fitted on the rubber connector of the ink bug. Put an epoxy or any rubber patty that is not soluble to a solvent solution.

Next is open the hood of your printer and on the printer head, detach the ink tube from the dumper and suck the tube using a syringe until all bubbles on the tube removed. Put back the tube then close the hood.

Perform cleaning so the machine sucks for ink and the dumper will be having stocks of ink.
