My auto hide notes software windows works fine as long as there are no balloon tips. How can I shut down balloon tips altogether so that they don’t bother me. I am using Windows 7 on my laptop.

On the Start Menu, Open the Control Panel window

On the System and Security options click Review your computer's status

On the left side find and click Change Action Center Settings

On the Security and Maintenance messages uncheck all boxes to disable the balloon tips related to the topic
