Right now you can recover files from formatted hard disk by using software like data recovery but it's not guaranteed you 
 
can recover all your files. This is the only solution i found as of now. Visit Techtarget.com to see instruction/guide how 
 
to recover your deleted files. You can choose what's the previous format you used NTFS, FAT etc. that would be depending on 
 
your previous Operating System used. After you download this recovery software this has to be master you should read 
 
tutorial on the other computer before you apply it. The steps is not just simple where the program will automatically 
 
recover data and it's done. The software has many segregation for the data like MP3, PICTURE, VIDEO it really take some 
 
time to do this.
