Hi. To learn how to recover an Excel file, first, open the file from the file menu. Next, select the folder containing the corrupted workbook and once the open dialog box appears, select the corrupted workbook from it. Select the open and repair button and click on repair. If the repair does not work, then select the extracted data option to restore the corrupted data. Alternatively, you can try opening the corrupted workbook by clicking on the file and then new to open a blank workbook.
Then click on options from the file menu. Select manual from the formulas category and then click on OK. Open the file which is corrupted from the file menu and then double-click on it to open it.
