It is possible to restore your iPhone data from iCloud when you set up a new device or if you have deleted all data from your device. Just follow the steps below:

1. Tap Settings and then General. Tap Reset and Erase All Content and Settings.

2. You will see the Setup Assistant by a new iPhone if you wwant to set up a new device or restore from backup.

3. Ensure that you iPhone is connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi.

4. Choose the Restore option under the iCloud Backup.

5. Enter your iCloud account information.

6. Select your most recent backup to restore your device.

7. Enter a password when asked.

8. Your device will be restored and the progress bar will appear while restoring your data. Once completed, iCloud will start downloading apps. The progress bar on the apps that are being downloaded will also appear. If you need a certain app, just tap its icon and to confirm when the restore is done, just go to Settings> iCloud> Storage & Backup.

You can also use a third-party application to recover your data. Just download Wondershare Dr. Fone for iOS. It is designed specifically for iOs devices.

You need to do the following:

1. Repair your computer so you can use it again.

2. Download the iTunes app.

3. Connect your iPhone to your computer and synchronize both.

Your iTunes account is not affected by the lost memory and data of your computer so there's not a lot to worry about. It's a bit of a hassle but for as long as your iPhone is unaffected, you should be able to recover your data and import it to your computer for back up.
