If your SD card is damaged physically then there is difficult to repair this. But if you card is not physically damaged then you need to format your card. if your using window operating system then you need to uncheck the option i.e quick format from the format disk dialogued box as shown in figure

At first you have to sort out how kind of damage it is. If it is physically damaged then you have nothing to do to recover the data. If the damage is not physically happened then you can recover your data by formatting or resetting the card.Â
