Hi. To learn how to rebuild Windows 7 profile, if your computer is on a domain, then, open the MS-Management console after clicking on start. In the search box, type MMC and click on enter. Enter the password when asked for confirmation. Click on local users and groups option and to install it in case it does not appear, in the MS-management console, click on file and select the add/remove snap-in option. Next, select the local users and groups and click on add. Click on local computer, finish and then select OK.
Click on the folder named Users and then select the new user option from the action menu. Click on create after typing the required information and after the user account has been created, click on close. Start the PC thereafter.
Alternatively, if your computer is in the workgroup, click on start and select the control panel to open the user accounts, user accounts and family safety option and then selecting user accounts from it. Then, manage another account option needs to be selected by typing the password for confirmation if needed. Then, create a new account by typing the name of the user account, its type and selecting the create account option. Then, start the PC again.
