Hi dear Robinson clark,

Thank you for your question.

The solution is given below-

1)  First of all copy and paste all the files in a single Folder names.

2)  Then rename the file by your own way

3)  Then zip the whole folder as treated one folder.

Hope this may help you.

Have a nice day

Hi Robinson Clark,

This can be done using WinRaR application. To be able to do it at a time, it’s best to put all the files into one folder first. Then, follow the steps below.

  1. Open WinRaR application and browse into the folder you’ve created containing the files.
  2. Select all the files to be compressed separately or simply press Ctrl+A.
  3. Click the Add icon below the menu or simply press Alt+A. The Archive window will pop up.
  4. On the General tab of the Archive window, select ZIP as the archive format. You can also select other parameters like delete files after archiving, create SFX or self-extracting archive, etc.
  5. To put each file into individual zip file, go to the Files tab. Then, on the lower part, check ”Put each file to separate archive” then click OK.

This will create separate zip files containing each file. Each ZIP file will use the same file name as the file it contains.

Hope this will help.
