I have an xp machine and I love using xp desktop sticky notes, the problem is when I stick a note in some position on the desktop and shutdown the pc, it wont be in that same position when I log on again, does any one know how to permanently stick the notes?

First open Sticky Notes by tapping the start button , typing Sticky Notes in the search box, and then tapping Sticky Notes in the list of results. Press the Tools menu, point to options, and then tap open at Startup and  press Always on Top to permanently keep it position on your desktop.

Hi Asten,
I don't really think Windows XP would support the thing which you want. Windows does not support that. You cannot keep the position of the sticky note fixed all the time.
Alternatively, I would recommend you to install an alternate sticky note software.
