I am using interspire godaddy smtp server, while trying to set up my own smtp server it fails and shows "Unable to connect to mail server: Connection timed out 110". Any way to overcome this

Your server could not connect to the smtp server. You maybe did not specify the right server port or your server configuration does not enable you to connect to an external smtp server. The only way that could solve this is your ‘hosting company’ which can make sure you connect to your smtp server. And all is well afterwards.
