RAM stands for Random Access Memory. It is a computer data storage. We can read data in RAM as well as over write it. It is useful as the virtual memory.
Method 1- By checking the operating system.
Step 1: Check whether the operating system is 32 or 64 bit using the System Properties Window.
32 bit support 4 GB and 64 bit supports 128 GB of RAM.
Step 2: Check the Mac model from documentation.
Step 3: Press Ctrl+Alt+T and enter do demi decode -t 16.
Method 2: By using Motherboard.
Step 1: Open your computer case and note down the motherboard's model number.
Step 2: Look for the maximum amount of RAM for installation.
Step 3: Adding new RAM to upgrade it.
