If you'd like to check the performance of you server running the Microsoft Server 2003 operating system, you can try and use the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Performance Advisor.
This tool allows you to get some network information reports including memory usage, central processing unit usage, top central processing unit consumers, busy files and busy TCP IP clients. It also reports server roles like Terminal Services, print spooler, Internet Information Services, Active Directory and other important server functions. You can download the software from here:
Please note that this is applicable to Windows Service 2003 and Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
