We purchased a McAfee anti-virus plus and after installing it to our system, we found that it has no anti-spamming function. We realized that we need is the McAfee internet security so we ask from McAfee live help if we can avail the 30-day money back guarantee for the first software then we will purchase the other one.

For the past 2 days we are still waiting for reply but there is no answer yet.

Hi nelson,

I have faced same problem few days ago. I don’t think they will reply positively in this case. Because they said to me that “You have activated your product so we can’t take it back”. They also told me to buy their internet security. Now I am using mcAfee internet security trial version. Hope you get what you want.
