Last night I created a fan page for my blog. I've found out that my url is very long and hard to remember as it's composed of numbers and letters. What i want is to make a unique url so that fan will easily remember my blog's name and url. Is this possible?

Do you have a fan page that has at least 25 fans?

Is your fan page URL still like this: https://www.facebook.com/

Have you ever wondered how to have your own shorter URL for your fan page? i. e.

Well, it is actually very simple.

1) After you get at least 25 likes or fans, go to: Link

2) Select your fan page and insert a shorter name/url

3) Click "Check Availability"

4) If the name/url is still available, it can be used for your fan page. Simply confirm the option to make it yours.

Take note that you can only do this once. After confirming your fan page's name/url, you can never change it again.

Congratulations, you now have a Unique and Shorter URL for your Facebook Fan Page!

It is great to have a personalized URL in as your homepage. This will let you get more subscriber and click that Like button in your Facebook fan page.

You'll need to log-in to Facebook website and click on the drop down arrow beside Home options then you should be able to personalized and change some settings applicable to your profile.

Log-in to Facebook
In the upper right corner, beside Home
Click on the arrow pointing down
Select Account Settings
Look for Username and click on the Edit button
Personalized your desired URL
Check for availability
If the URL is available, then you should be able to create your own URL

Warning: Facebook fan page URL might have limit when changing fan page URL. So, choose the right URL for you.
