We all know that MS Outlook were introduced when Microsoft released it bundled with Exchange Server 5.5. It is a personal information manager that often used as an e – mail program. It can also used as a calendar, task manager, journal and many more. A stand – alone program that can work with MS Exchange Server and SharePoint. 
 
I was wondering that If I could make a Subtask in Outlook 2011. So experts, does anyone one of you know how to make outlook 2011 subtasks? Any step – by – step procedure would be nice.

The following steps will guide how to make Outlook 2011 subtasks easy:

  1. Click Home tab then click new item then Task

                         Or

Go to the task pane in Outlook, double click, and follow the same procedure as above.

  1. When New Task window appears, summarize the task in the subject field
  2. You can as well give a detailed task description in the big edit box on the bottom of the new task window
  3. Specify start date and date due. Both optional
  4. You can set reminder by clicking check box against Reminder and select Time and Date
