How to make calculation on ms excel easily
Its really simple. Follow the instructions
- Click on the cell where you want calculation to be done.
- Click the Insert menu and click function
- Select the mathematical function you want, there is a whole lot of functions such as Average,Sum.
- Now click on the cells whose figures are needed in the calculation or manually write like A1 or C3.
If you want to remove a function double click on the cell and delete everything.
If you want a complete tutorial press F1 to bring Help or go to online help by selecting Microsoft Office Online under Help menu

To perform calculations on excel you need to be informed on how to use the functions. Use the following procedure to access the functions in excel:
In excel, just below the menu bar locate the function labeled FX and click on it to insert a function that you will like to use. When you click on FX to insert a function, it brings you a whole list of functions from you can you choose from the function that you want to use.
For instance, you may be needing to use the SUM function, IF function, MULTIPLICATION function and many others that you will see in that box. Choose one.
