Hi guys!

I had an AutoCAD file that was on the finishing stage. Now I only need the landscape, the sky, environment and the nature backgrounds. After 2 weeks, I have finished almost of the designs but only one thing made my work longer, I am having a hard time, making the AutoCAD 2D Sky background clouds design. So can anyone help me how to make sky backgrounds? If not, Any step – by – step tutorial would be fine.

Greetings Deanna W Nelson,

To set a background for your image you need to go to Insert -> Raster Image. Not sure which version of Autocad you are using but it should be something like on the image below.

You'll probably have to configure it.

Depending on what you need there is also another way to change the entire background of the image. Locate View Manager in the View -> Views . It should look like this

Click on the New. When the dialog appears look for the Background option. In the Background option you can select Image.

Hope this helps you,

Regards.
