The best method to learn adobe softwares is to learn with the help of tutors. There are many disadvantages of E- Learning.

Atleast basics must be taught by the Tutors. If you are thorough with basics, the advanced scan be thorough through the ELearning sites. There are 100s of E-Learning sites out there. You can master adobe softwares using these sites.

Go search in YouTube for video tutorials. There are literally 1000s of them in YouTube.

Place the right keywords for searching to get the best results.

Google the rest for theoretical helps and stuffs like that.

Great. I also found those links interesting but I totally agree with Lesten, all things really need to be learned basically steps by steps before going forward. Especially softwares like these.

I also want to learn about making banners and good layouts in Photoshop. though I'm still mastering editing pictures. I think there's more in techyv questions that can also help you in your tutorial.

I'm really into Photoshop too especially adobe because many offices now a days also required knowledge about that software, and I think its also the easiest compatible way on editing and making cool works.

I totally agree with it. Because e-learning was really hard especially to beginners, though you can pursue if you really want to learn something you really want if you have enough patience and perseverance in studying it.
