Hi. I want to install the printer on my PC. However, there is no CD available. So, what are the steps to be followed to know how do I install my printer without the CD? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Hi. The steps which need to be followed to know how do I install my printer without the CD are as follows-
1) Use a USB cable to plug-in the printer to the PC
2) Ensure that the printer has been turned on
3) You can also manually troubleshoot the error by clicking on Windows, then control panel. Then, select he driver and printers option. Select the “add a printer button in Windows”
4) In Mac, click on menu and then type system preferences. Click on print, then fax and then select the + sign on the screen.
5) At times it may so happen that some printers perform limited tasks only. To go ahead, go the support section and select the correct drivers
6) If the PC to which the printer is being connected is unavailable, then with the help of a pen drive, transfer the files from one computer to the other
