Recently I had bought a game online from the Xbox store. It worked perfectly well, but since a few days I’m getting this xbox one error code 0x87de07d1 and asking me do I own this game or app although I had bought it. I tried turning on/off the console, but nothing is working. Please give some solution.
This problem doesn’t occur, but if you are facing such problems then you can follow the following solutions.
First: If you have purchased the game as a download then sign-in to the Xbox using the account you used to buy the game. But connect the console to the Xbox Live account.
Second: Check if someone else purchased the game and that they have signed in, to the Xbox using the account they used to buy the game. Also, see that the console is set as their home Xbox.
If both the solutions don’t work, try contacting customer support.
If you have an Xbox One and you receive error code “87DE07D1”, this may point to one of the following conditions:
To troubleshoot the problem, first, check that the Xbox Live service status says “up and running”. If an alert is displayed, wait until the service is up and running again. If the game you want to play is purchased and licensed to another family member, ask that family member to sign in to Xbox Live on the console.
If the game you want to play is disc-based or it only works when the disc is inserted, insert the game disc on the console and try playing again.
